The Alexander Church in Tampere is one of the most beautiful churches in this town. It was built by Theodor Decker in the 1880ies. The Altarpainting "The Glorification of the Saviour" was made by Aleksandra Saltin. The first cemetary of Tampere can be found nearby in the church park.
