Rewell Center

Rewell Center is the most famous shopping center in Vaasa - and perhaps in the western part of Finland. The shopping centre was built in 1959 - 1963 and renovated extensively in 1991. Five million people visited Rewell Center in 2005 - and surely even more in 2006 when the town of Vaasa celebrate its 400 Year Anniversary.

är det mest kända köpcentret i Vasa - och i hela Kust-Österbotten. Centret byggdes år 1963 på det mest centrala stället i stan vid salutorget. År 1990 täcktes den då ganska blåsiga och kalla innergården med glas och hela köpcentret renoverades. Nu finns över 60 affärer här och antalet besökare var 5 miljoner år 2005 - och kommer att vara ännu fler år 2006 då Vasa fyller 400 år.
