Vasa Water Tower - Day and Night

A fire destroyed the town of Vasa in 1852. The town was then rebuilt near the coast line and got a new harbour which is in use still today. One of the most important buildings constructer during the first decades of the new town was the water tower build in 1915 and constructed by the architect brothers Jussi and Toivo Paatela.
